Michelle joined Baird as a Financial Advisor in 2025, building on her earlier experience as a summer intern with The Hirsch Zavaglia Group during her undergraduate studies. She began her career in public accounting and leverages her tax background to ensure tax-efficient strategies are woven into all her clients’ financial plans. Her transition from accounting to delivering financial advice was driven by a desire to work directly with clients, providing strategic insights that help them make informed decisions and build secure financial futures.
Michelle holds a bachelor’s degree in both accounting and finance from Mercer University as well as an MBA with a concentration in accounting from the University of Tampa.
A proud third-generation Tampa native and graduate of Plant High School, Michelle enjoys baking, attending concerts and traveling.
