A Wealth of Experience
Deborah joined Baird’s Private Wealth Management team in February of 2016 and brings with her a long history and a deep understanding of wealth management issues. Prior to joining Baird, Deborah provided successful individuals, families and businesses with accounting, financial and wealth management services as president of her own firm. There, she built long standing relationships with clients whose combined net assets exceeded more than $250 million. Deborah’s wealth and financial management experience, combined with her CPA and tax background, provides an exceptional level of expertise to serve her clients’ needs.
Deborah excels at developing trusting relationships with her clients. She partners with them to assist with their needs, concerns and purpose. In some cases, this involves solving an immediate problem with a short-term plan. In other cases, it involves creating a clear and direct path to successful achievement of long-term plans. In either case, it is the unique needs, concerns and purpose of her clients that drives the path to accomplishment. Deborah’s focus is tailored to meet her clients’ financial goals and provide them with peace ofmind by taking care of the wealth creation, wealth preservation and wealth transfer needs of her clients.

Committed to the Community
Deborah is a Board Member with the Robinson High School Foundation and Young Men’s Service League. She also provided accounting services to Tampa Bay-Job-Links, a non-profit organization that provides job search and career coaching services to job-seeking candidates. Her commitment to education was also demonstrated when she was a PTA Auditor and Student Advisory Committee member to local public schools. She and her husband, David, live in Tampa with their children, Cameron and Garrett. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, cooking and spending time with her family.
